The room is clean, tidy with nice furniture, hdtv and comfortable mattresses.
The hotel is currently under renovation. Therefore, the gym is not available, which is listed in the web site.

Laundry facility required quarters for the machines, however, the hotel had no change machine or change available so it was very inconvenient.

Comfortable room with the computer and a nice sized bathroom and good WiFi. Comfortable location, by office buildings. Also - not far from the train station and Yale and awesome restaurants and music venue.

It was above our expectation of a hotel which we chose only because of its location - close to Yale. The hotel is clean and comfortable and facilities in room are new. It is better than some of the stared hotels in some of the big US sities.

Family, Not worth the money!
I had a surgical procedure at Yale and the hotel changed the sheets for me, a big help. The beds were comfortable and that's worth something, right?
But it sure wasn't cheap.

Location.
As we entered the room there was a horrible smell that did not subside by the second night. It smelled as if there was a dead animal in the room. The only reason we stayed was because we were hardly there as my son was moving into a new apartment and we chose to spend most of our time there. The first morning there was no hot water! We needed to shower at the apartment. No apologies, no discount, no explanations were given. I should have canceled our second night, but chose to stay, check out early, and never book there again!!

They really took care of every detail that makes your stay more confortable!
The air conditioning aparatus was a bit noisy. That´s vusual in most hotels but anyway, it´s not up to the quality of this one.

Newly remodeled rooms and common areas very nice for the price.
Parking garage across the street. Had to use room key card to get out. It didn't work and the telephone help number was disconnected.

Personnel was friendly and professional, room was spacious and well equiped, quiet area
They could not provide me an adaptor for European plug. I would have thought that due to Yale they would have many international visitors who would need such an adaptor.

An enjoyable stay with spacious rooms and very helpful staff, especially the receptionist who made checking in easy. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring nearby shops on foot. On the downside, noise from a nearby nightclub disrupted my sleep, and it took several calls to the front desk to find a quieter room. Breakfast wasn't offered, which would have been a nice addition.
